Reverse Osmosis Filtration: Home Filter Service
Reverse Osmosis is a home filter service that purifies your water by forcing it through a very fine, plastic membrane. Clean water passes through the tiny holes in the membrane but impurities that are too big are left behind and flushed away.
The clean water is then passed through a carbon filter that removes even more dangerous chemicals such as pesticides and herbicides. The result is better tasting, purer water for you to enjoy.
WaterSmart offers DURO Reverse Osmosis systems that feature:
High quality reverse osmosis membrane
Up to 75 gallons per day
Sediment pre-filtration
Pre & post carbon block filtration
3 gallon storage tank
3/8” tubing from RO to tank and faucet for higher flow
WaterSmart also carries and installs filters and the main membrane for your Duro Reverse Osmosis system. Reverse Osmosis filters should be changed once a year.

Dechlorinator: Home Filter Service
If you don't like the taste or the idea of having chlorine in your drinking water, WaterSmart can install a dechlorinator to remove it for you.
You can choose to:
Have it connected to a single tap
Have it remove chlorine throughout your entire home
If it is possible with the plumbing in your house, isolate certain taps to provide chlorine-free drinking water
We recommend installing a dechlorinator and a separate water softener rather than an all-in-one system.
The initial costs are higher but both units will last longer and save you money in the long run.
