For some water softeners in the Kenmore 625, Whirlpool WHES, GE GNSF, GXFS, GXSS, and PNSF, as well as Waterworks WS1000 series, bypass valve 7129871 is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part. It also works with the Kenmore 625348261 and 65348260 water filter models.

You may turn off the water flow into the water softener or filter while keeping the water flowing to the faucets in your house by using bypass valve 7129871.

Replaces the original part numbers 34371, WS15X10012, 3437, 3437299, and 42-3437 for the water softener bypass valve.
